1.  3 Steps, 1 Bow' Program

2.  Mindfulness Engagement Day (MED) >> Project Charity for Community

    • Date: May 16, Sunday
    • Objectives:
      • Community service in conjunction with Vesak Day
      • Contribution to a Welfare Home
      • Contribution to poor families in Bukit Mertajam
      • Educational welfare trip for children and young adults
    • Venue: Persatuan Kebajikan Kanak-Kanak Cacat Yee Ran Jing Sheh

3.  Meditation and Dhamma Dialogue

    • Facilitator: Ajahn Suthep
      • Ajahn Suthep Chinawaro was ordained in 1988 as one of the last disciples of Luangpor Teean. He has intensively practised meditation under the direct and strict guidance of Luangpor Teen during his final year in 1988. Ajahn speaks Thai, English and Lao.
      • Ajahn has also developed Buddhaleela Mahasati, an extension of the traditional Luangpor Teean's technique. This technique basically follows the Luangpor's movements of being mindful of breathing, walking and hand movement.
      • Ajahn also introduces the Seven-Lotus Walking Meditation technique.

  • Facilitator: Ajahn Wimoak

    • Ven. Vimokkha is the Abbot of Pipphalivanaram Temple in Rayong. He obtained his M.A. in Buddhism from Mahachulalongkorn University, Thailand. He is currently studying for his Doctorate in Buddhism at Mahachulalongkorn University, Thailand.
    • He has extensive experience in teaching Insight Meditation and has since been engaged by numerous organizations including Dhamnasathan in Chulalongkorn University, Saladhamma Temple in Pathumthani,  Ariyasom Temple in Sukhumvit, and Boonnives Temple in Dhammasathan, among others.
    • He has designed and conducted the popular program Development of Mindfulness and Awareness in the Work Place for various large private organizations across Thailand.
    • He is currently writing a book entitle ¡®Development of Mindfulness and Awareness for Insight Meditation¡¯.
