      • Non-religious activity - all are welcomed (for Non-Muslim only). Available to all irrespective of age, gender or race
      • For first 20 pax only. Must be available to attend all 6 sessions.
      • Please come on light stomach and loose clothing. Do bring along your own yoga mat.

    • Brief
      • Kundallini Yoga, the Yoga of Awareness, consist of simple yogic techniques that can be enjoyed by everyone. It is a complete science that includes breath, yoga postures, sound, chanting and meditation.

      • Phra Supachai has been extensively engaged in the area of health and healing for the past 5 years. He is a practitioner and teacher in body wellness, accupunture, and other healing techniques.
      • He will be sharing knowledge and techniques in the following areas:
        • Simple and complete exercise techniques > for each of your bodily health and healing
        • Body Clock > provide info on bodily clock and how to align our habits and lifestyle to it for greater health
        • Body Cleansing > information on detoxing the body
        • Herbal Magic > information on garden herbs that can be safely used for concocting detox and other healing recipes.
